A checking account is an account that allows withdrawal of funds on demand or at sight. These accounts are available for individuals and corporations.
These accounts allow the issuance of an unlimited number of checks and BICSA provides a monthly detailed statement. The minimum monthly balance is $25,000.00 for individuals and corporations. If the monthly balance is less than the minimum required, a service fee charge would be charged.
