Payment Orders / Funds Transfers

Payment orders or wire transfers can be requested by an individual or a corporation in favor of a third party. The bank offers electronic services to provide this service to transfer funds (make payments) to be deposited in the same bank (internal transfer) or send them to another financial institution around the world.

BICSA uses several methods to accomplish the request to transfer funds, including the Federal Reserve Bank (Fed Wire), Interbanking System ACH (Automated Clearing House), International Interbanking System (SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications).

These transactions are governed by the law of the United States and are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal court of the State of Florida.
