6. Is it possible to change my pin or user ID?
Yes, you can change your pin, just enter to the BICSA.COM and then click on the menu for the "Change Password" option.
7. Why is my account blocked?
In order to maintain the system at any moment more surely possible, whenever you make 3 failded attempts consecutive to enter the system, your account will be blocked and you need to contact to the Customer Service Representative of the corresponding country to reactivate your account. If you forgot your PIN your executive will be able to help you recover it.
8. I got an error message in the system; what must I do?
If you obtain an error message please prints the message or takes note from the message, the number of the error and the hour. Then simply sends an email with this information to BICSA Customer Service or calls you account executive.
9. I recently received a sealed envelope with a key, I changed it, but why can´t I enter BICSA.COM?
For security reasons, you must make a telephone call or send an email to us, then your representative will activate your account.
