COMMERCIAL LETTER OF CREDIT

STANDBY LETTERS OF CREDIT
The Standby Letter of Credit is mainly used as payment guarantee, in the understanding that, in the majority of the cases, it will never be used or paid. There are several types of standby letters of credit based on the characteristics and type of transaction. For example: Imports payment guarantee, Guarantee of participation, Guarantee of fulfillment, etc.
