BICSA CAPITAL, S.A. is a broker dealer organized in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, regulated and supervised by the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Banco Internacional de Costa Rica, S.A. (“BICSA”).
BICSA CAPITAL, S.A. is, in addition, a Stock Brokerage firm in the Panamanian Stock Exchange (Bolsa latinoamericana de Valores), and a member of Central Latinoamericana de Valores, S.A. since June 2014.
